Let’s Have the Consent Conversation

We were proud to support this important message from the Department of Justice, Home Affairs and Migration and help people feel more comfortable talking about consent.

These special cups ran in ten coffee shops across Ireland.

There are a few important things to understand about consent.

Consent is not passive. It is active. A choice. An action grounded in shared understanding, mutual engagement, and open dialogue.

Consent is born from, and sustained by, respect.

If we want to truly understand what consent means, and embed it into the fabric of our relationships, we need to be open about it and willing to talk about it.
